Hi Mark,
I wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Breakwater Kayak. The day ran perfectly, from the moment we arrived at the launch site. I was immediately impressed with your organization: the kayaks set out and waiting for our large group, the paddles and PFDs all grouped by size, and the guides ready to help each paddler with their gear. I appreciated your patience as we all got organized, signed our release forms, and scrambled for sunscreen and water. And, I admired the way each guide took special notice of paddlers who had health concerns. I felt confident that our guides knew who to keep an eye on and were well equiped with the proper emergency kits and first aid.
When we got on the water, I was again impressed with the explicit, but not overbearing paddling guidance...as we crossed the channels and meandered through the inner harbor. The guides told us how they wanted us to proceed through those tricky waterways, but they never were militant or demanding in their requests. The guides also were careful to never leave the slowest paddlers behind, and the result was that everyone felt competent and enjoyed themselves! I appreciated the relaxed attitude of each guide; I felt that they understood the goal of the trip was to have fun! And, the guides knew all sorts of facts about Camden Harbor and its wildlife.

We had an amazing and unforgettable time learning how to paddle and also learning about the area's history and wildlife. Not only did your guidance make the experience enjoyable but so did your personality. As beginners, we felt so comfortable and eager to learn about everything you shared with us. If we travel up from South Jersey again, we will definitely be back!
